The 4 Digit Lotto 4D Draw is a digit lottery game conducted by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office or PCSO. This lottery game involves selecting four numbers from 0 to 9 (numbers can be repeated). At least the last two digits of the winning combination must match in exact order to win a prize.
